2030~2035年跨境电商与国际物流融合发展推进构建“双循环”新发展格局

Abstract:The “dual circulation” development pattern requires cross-border supply chain management as a booster. The fast-developing cross-border e-commerce and the international logistics that supports its development are transformed and upgraded to cross-border supply chain management through resource integration，sharing and efficient use of resources. The basis for the integration of the two resources is innovative international logistics and smooth cross-border e-commerce. Firstly this article analyzes the development status of international logistics serving cross-border e-commerce in detail，expounds on five international logistics models，and proposes a express delivery layout network system and the use of the “Belt and Road” to drive China Railway Express. On this basis，horizontal resource integration enterprises will become bigger and stronger，and vertical resource integration will build a supply chain. Safe and stable cross-border supply chain management has become the strategic basis for the “dual circulation” development pattern，and a high-standard cross-border supply chain market system that promotes the “dual circulation” development pattern has been established.
