Abstract:Nanning is a frontier city facing ASEAN open cooperation，with the characteristics of being near the sea，near the border，along the river and along the route. Since the approval of Nanning comprehensive test area，it has given full play to its own regional and industrial advantages，taken the development opportunities of cross-border e-commerce，introduced the facilitation policies，built the first “three in one” intensive supervision mode in China，and continuously improved the level of supervision services and business facilitation. The land，sea and air have developed comprehensively，and a three-dimensional cross-border logistics system facing ASEAN is established. The brand image of Nanning “Guangxi products going to sea” is built by taking multiple measures at the same time. Carry out the new mode of “live broadcasting” and explore ways to improve the industrial ecology of cross-border e-commerce. Accelerating the cultivation of new trade formats，promoting the digital transformation of Nanning’s traditional industries，and cultivating Nanning’s cross-border e-commerce，Nanning has become the “frontier window” for China’s cross-border e-commerce industry to ASEAN，and build a regional center gradually.
