全球海洋中心城市的发展状况与特点

Abstract:The ranking of the leading maritime capitals of the world is another authoritative index in the world following the Baltic index. Based on the research report of the leading maritime capitals of the world 2019，this paper systematically introduces the objective evaluation system of the Leading Maritime Capitals of the World，which includes 25 indicators in five pillars：Shipping Centers，Maritime Finance and Law，Maritime Technology，Ports and Logistics，Attractiveness and Competitiveness. The subjective evaluation is mainly based on the questionnaire survey of more than 200 industry experts in the world. The combination of subjective and objective evaluation is used for evaluating and ranking 50 famous maritime cities. The result indicates that Singapore，Hamburg，Rotterdam，Hong Kong，London and other cities are in the forefront. This report also analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of indicators in the five pillars and provides us with construction of the leading maritime capital of the world.
