2019年中东欧国家安全环境与外交关系

Abstract:Joining the EU and NATO has long been the major goals of CEE countries as well as an important factor that affects their security and international environment. In 2019，this situation had not been fundamentally changed. Although CEE countries and EU had different views on some issues，their disputes were still constrained within the framework of European Integration，which was making encouraging progress despite difficulties. The US and NATO had reinforced their military presence in Central and Eastern Europe，maintaining a balanced and autonomous diplomatic strategy became increasingly difficult for CEE countries. Accordingly，their diplomatic choices had become increasingly differentiated.
