Abstract:America’s Middle East policy fluctuated in 2019. This paper takes Iran，Syria and Palestine as the main line of study to comb the Middle East policy of the Trump administration in its third year，explore its motivation，evaluate its effect，and analyze its internal limits and constraints on future development. This paper discusses the trend of America’s Middle East policy in 2019 from two specific aspects：the macro strategic intention and limitation of the United States government and the unique style of the Trump administration，with a view to better understanding the challenges facing American diplomacy in the new international environment.
