2019～2020年越南的发展与展望

Abstract:Vietnam proceeded well in 2019 on the preparatory work of the 13th Congress of the CPV，maintained a tough position in cracking down on corruption，and enhanced the leadership and governing capacity of the CPV. A series of laws and resolutions including the Labor Code and the Resolution regarding guidelines for completion of institutions，policies，improvement of quality and effectiveness of cooperation in foreign investments by 2030 were issued. The country remained active in diplomatic activities and continued to integrate itself into international community in a full scale，CPTPP came into force and EVFTA signed within the year. All the twelve targeted economic and social indications proposed by the National Assembly，were fulfilled with GDP increased by 7.02%. Sports and culture undertakings had developed relatively well. Concerns were raised due to the severe pollution accident in Hanoi，the heavy haze weather in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City，and some cultural and social events.
