天津海洋经济高质量发展影响因素研究

Abstract:Central Committee General Secretary Xi Jinping made many strategic plans to speed up the construction of a maritime power.Now he puts forward that “the ocean is the key to the development of high quality development”.As the proper meaning of building a maritime power，the marine economy must make full contributions to the development of high quality that is the key to improve the quality and efficiency of marine economic development.Based on the identification of the influencing factors of the high-quality development of Tianjin's marine economy and starting from the current situation of the development of marine economy，this paper compares with the development of other coastal areas，then makes an in-depth analysis of the advantages，disadvantages，opportunities，challenges and other aspects of Tianjin's marine economic development.Especially it is much important to comb out the key influencing factors and find out the internal relations among them.At last this paper puts forward to do a good job in the research direction of high-quality development of Tianjin's marine economy which contributes to provide reference for the scientific management of marine economic development by government departments.
