园区经济模式“走出去”：理论与实践——以埃塞俄比亚东方工业园为例

Abstract:Park economy is one of the most distinctive development models in China since the reform and opening up in 1978.Overseas economic and trade cooperation area is an important form of foreign direct investment，and it is also an important carrier of the “Belt and Road” international capacity cooperation.After combing the historical evolution of the park economy and summarizing the theoretical connotation of the park economy，this paper takes the Ethiopian Oriental Industrial Park as an example to analyze the development status and future prospects of overseas parks，then points out that overseas parks still face a lot of real problems such as difficult financing，being disorderly during the “going out” process，existing status gap between investors and host countries.At the end，the paper proposes several pieces of policy suggestion to promote the park economic model “going out” such as strengthening government cooperation and the follow-up support for investment companies，innovating ways of attracting investment and clarifying leading industries and supporting industrial chains，strengthening financial services and providing solutions of currency exchange，investment and financing.
