江苏省海洋特色小镇发展研究——以盐城黄沙港海洋渔港风情小镇建设为例

Abstract:With the in-depth implementation of the strategy of strengthening the marine power，the position of marine economy in the national economy is becoming more and more prominent.Small towns with marine characteristics are a new bright spot in the development of marine economy.In view of the present situation of Jiangsu Ocean Province，taking the construction of marine fishing port style town in Sheyang Huangsha Port of Yancheng City as an example，this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the development of Jiangsu marine characteristic town.The Central fishing port of Huangsha Port is one of the four central fishing ports in Jiangsu Province.it has good location conditions，solid fishery foundation，profound cultural heritage and unique ecological resources，and has an excellent foundation for the development of marine fishery customs towns.The central fishing port of Huangsha Port should give full play to the leading role of planning，strengthen the fishing port economic zone，perfect the supporting facilities，broaden the capital channels，give full play to the advantages of talents，innovate the institutional mechanism，take the marine fishery as the support，take the characteristic culture as the theme，take the green ecology as the brand，take the rural revitalization as the opportunity，and strive to build Jiangsu marine characteristic small town demonstration area and model area.
