文章摘要：2018年缅甸形势较上一年度有明显改观，在政治、经济、外交、国内安全等领域均有所进展。本年度民盟政府在维护政局稳定、推动经济开放、打开外交局面、改善国内安全等方面做了很多具体工作。尽管本年度缅甸军方同国内民地武的大小冲突不断，但民盟政府仍然致力于推进国内和平进程，主动采取措施消除“罗兴亚”危机引发的国内外不良影响。
