2018年东盟发展成就与面临的挑战
文章摘要：2018年，东盟在“坚韧团结，创新求变”的主题下取得诸多发展成就，经济发展态势总体良好，一体化建设持续推进；区域合作中的中心地位上升。但是，2018年东盟的发展也并非一帆风顺，经济上同时存在外部挑战与内部挑战；政治上陷入国家优先与东盟优先的矛盾；外交上受到大国博弈与内部分化的挑战。展望2019年，东盟仍将持续面临2018年的类似挑战。尽管外部因素瞩目闪耀，但是隐约可见的内因将是东盟发展的关键。
