Abstract:Based on the analysis of the motivation and influencing factors of multinational companies' embeddedness in logistics industry cluster, this paper summarizes the mode and process of multinational companies' embeddedness into logistics industry cluster in China. Through the investigation and analysis of 10 logistics industrial clusters in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Fujian, Shandong, Shaanxi, Sichuan, etc, This paper analyzes the characteristics and constraints of multinational companies embedded in China's logistics industry cluster.
