“一带一路”倡议下的国际环境争端解决机制研究

Abstract:With the increasing prominence of environmental issues and the increasing attention of countries to environmental issues，international environmental disputes have become an important part of international disputes.In recent years，the“The Belt and Road”initiative has brought a lot of overseas investment projects and economic benefits to China，but there have also been many international environmental disputes in the process of investment and project construction.This paper starts from the international environmental disputes under the initiative of One Belt and Road and seeks for a solution mechanism.This paper will be divided into three parts.The first part is the traditional solution of international environmental disputes.Second is three main ways of international environmental disputes.Finally，we drawed the conclusion.As for the construction of One Belt and Road international environmental dispute settlement mechanism，it is necessary for China and the countries along One Belt and Road to work together to build a new type of dispute settlement mechanism.At the same time，we should combine with the domestic judicial to form a dispute settlement mechanism and integrate bilateral and multilateral cooperation to meet the requirements of international rule of law in the new era.
