“一带一路”背景下中国与东南亚区域经济合作路径与策略研究

Abstract:Southeast Asian countries play a leading role in the construction of the Belt and Road，by deepening regional economic cooperation between China and Southeast Asian countries，speeding up the orderly flow of elements in the region，and helping realize the efficient allocation of resources，which is of great significance to enhance the position of developing countries in the world economic system and reshape the new world economic order.Because Southeast Asian countries are restricted by industrial structure，economic level and opening to the outside world，their economic development is blocked.The Belt and Road provides a historical opportunity for the development of the countries along the route.Through the effective industrial transfer between China and Southeast Asian countries，China and Southeast Asian countries can build a win-win relationship and achieve fairness and a generalized system of preferences.Based on the theory of “double cycle”，this paper devises means of regional economic cooperation between China and Southeast Asian countries，puts forward specific strategies of regional economic cooperation，with a view to promoting regional economic cooperation between China and Southeast Asia as well as better development of the world economy.
