文章摘要：积极开展绿色能源合作是推进绿色“一带一路”建设的关键。我国绿色能源产业发展与共建“一带一路”国家绿色能源禀赋及发展需求有诸多切合点，推进绿色能源合作有着较强的潜力，目前我国已启动与共建“一带一路”国家和地区的绿色能源合作，但合作过程中遇到诸多问题，需采取有效对策加以推进。
