Abstract:After two stages of trade and investment driven，with the extension of the “Belt and Road” initiative to Latin America，infrastructure construction has opened the third new stage of Sino-Brazilian economic and trade cooperation，which will drive the economic and trade ties between China and Brazil in an all-round way. At present，Brazil’s infrastructure construction stock is insufficient，the incremental investment is limited，and there is a huge gap. China has become an important investor in Brazil through its participation in Brazil’s infrastructure construction，which has also become the largest area of Chinese investment in Brazil. After the new President takes office，there will be both opportunities and challenges for Sino-Brazilian infrastructure cooperation.
