中国企业在菲律宾面临的知识产权保护风险分析

Abstract:Although Philippines has built a comparatively well-established legal and executive protection system to increase its intellectual property protection level，Philippines-based Chinese companies still under the threat of mala fide registration and infringement of patent. Because most of these companies know little about the intellectual property protection in Philippines and lack of professional guiding，it’s difficult for them to apply for trademarks and patents in time and deal with complicated intellectual property litigation. In order to avoid the risk，we should continue in-depth studies of Philippine intellectual property protection as well as establish an open information platform to serve the Chinese companies more professionally in the field of intellectual property protection.
