金砖国家数字经济合作的重要机遇与主要挑战

Abstract:As the transformation from the real economy to the new economy whose main content is digital economy，digital economy receiving global concern has increasingly became the new economy，new business forms and new momentum. BRICS countries，as emerging economies，should seize the opportunity to build their own advantages and create a new regional cooperation model in the tide of digital economic development. This paper makes a systematic analysis of BRICS digital economic development through the scores and rankings of environmental index，infrastructure readiness index，utilization index and impact index and summarizes the situation of BRICs in the field of digital economic cooperation. On this foundation，This paper points out the challenges faced by BRICs in the field of digital economic cooperation，and puts forward corresponding suggestions for advancing the digital cooperation of BRICs.
