金砖合作对全球贫困治理的带动与示范作用

Abstract:As a part of global sustainable development，poverty is increasingly becoming a focus of concern. After cold war，not only have poverty problems not been resolved with the deepening of globalization，but they show new features such as imbalance among regions，intimate dependency of resources and relevance of conflicts. Through acting in concert，their respective economic development and bilateral/multilateral cooperation，BRICS has been playing great role towards global governance of poverty. In the future，in order to resolve global governance of poverty with experience from BRICS，the point centers on some respects including multi-levels systems of governance based on sovereignty state，just and equal developmental partnership and long-term stable institutional framework.
