文章摘要：全球恐怖主义是中国海外公共安全的重要挑战。当前全球恐怖主义组织大体上可以分为极端组织“伊斯兰国”网络，“基地组织”网络，以及以“索马里青年党”和菲律宾“阿布沙耶夫”武装组织为代表的地区恐怖组织。这些恐怖组织主要活跃在东南亚、南亚、中东和北非等“一带一路”倡议重要沿线地区和国家，对中国的海外公共安全造成了重大威胁。尽管当前中国并不是全球恐怖主义的直接攻击目标，但仍然需要密切关注恐怖组织的最新动态，保障中国的海外公共安全。
Abstract:Global Terrorism is a major threat to China’s overseas public security，and the global terrorism could be divided into three blocs：ISIS network，Al-Qaeda network and the local terrorism network represented by al Shabaab in Somalia and Abu Sayyaf organization in Southeast Asia.
