Abstract:In the new era，how to promote service and governance and smooth transformation and development of urban communities，that has always been on the focus. In recent years，Shiquan Road Street in Putuo District adheres to the leadership of CPC，in the practice of continuous promotion of “concentric homeland” construction，efforts have been made to build the quality and connotation of “livable Shiquan”，and innovative exploration has been continuously promoted in community renewal，public service and social governance，thus forming its own path with its own characteristics，mainly reflected in community micro-renewal and social governance，collaborative promotion，online and offline links，intelligent governance，stimulating social vitality，adherence to the leadership of CPC，etc. It has certain reference significance for the street community which is in the process of rapid transformation.
