黄浦区淮海中路街道商务楼宇社区治理模式的探索与实践

Abstract:Based on the outstanding dual structure of the jurisdiction，Huaihaizhonglu sub-district explored building community governance model. Firstly，officers of sub-district found out needs of enterprises and white-collar workers by visiting and talking. Then，they built work platforms for serving enterprises and white-collar workers by organizing and providing varied activities and services. In the end，an effective governance model was established，and it promoted integration and development of buildings and residential areas. Enterprises，white-collar workers and community residents all benefited from the model，and the vitality of community governance was also enhanced.
