加强人力资源供需对接，提高公共就业服务水平

Abstract:With the economic and social transformation，the industrial structure adjustment and upgrading，there has been an imbalance and insufficient problem between the employment demand of enterprises and the supply of human resources. These problems have affected industrial development and employment promotion. At present，the public employment service work has achieved good reputation. In order to get a deeper understanding about the market of human resources，this research used the sample survey to find the demand for enterprises and the requirements for the employments. It is find that there are many problems，such as structural imbalance in human resources market，the mismatch of public employment services，the imbalance between vocational skills training in the new era. At last，the paper suggest that we should promote the public employment services，achieved higher quality and more adequate employment.
