2018年度陕西省网络舆情发展报告

Abstract:This report mainly relies on the internet public opinion monitoring system to sort out and analyze the hot spots of internet public opinion in Shaanxi Province in 2018. Compared with 2017，the hot spots in this year are mostly concentrated in the fields of social governance，people's livelihood，education，etc. The public opinion shows that the role of new media sensational sources continues to increase，the way of public opinion cuts is dominated by issues and the response speed of public sector public opinion is significantly improved. It is recommended to establish a social management public opinion communication concept，establish a long-term mechanism for network guidance，increase the publicity and guidance of hot issues in people's livelihood and improve the ability of network space governance.
