Abstract:Over the past 25 years，the management of the labor insurance industry in the construction industry of Shaanxi has effectively protected the legitimate rights and interests of workers and promoted the healthy development of the construction industry. With the changes of situation and tasks and the adjustment of national policies，this system also faces new reforms，mainly in：the object of protection should gradually be transited to the group of migrant workers in the construction industry；the scope of overall planning should gradually cover the group of migrant workers；Five Insurance And One Money；incorporation the work funds of the grassroots organizations at all levels into financial security；establishment and improvement of the dynamic management system for migrant workers；and strengthen the rule of law management of labor insurance coordinating institutions.
