陕西省留守儿童关爱服务研究报告

Abstract:This paper describes the current situation of the care system for left-behind children in Shaanxi Province from four aspects：government，group organization，education department and social forces. According to the State Council's Opinions on Strengthening the Care and Protection of Left-behind Children in Rural Areas，the basic principles，overall goals and requirements for the care and protection of left-behind children are strengthened. From the definition of care objects，the effectiveness of existing care services for the needs of left-behind children and the care of left-behind children，the paper focuses on the support and the labeling of care services for left-behind children，points out the existing problems，and puts forward some suggestions as well.
