陕西省实施乡村振兴战略的现状、问题及对策建议

Abstract:In October 2017，the report of the 19th NCCPC made an important decision-making plan for implementing the rural revitalization strategy. The CPC and the State Council successively issued the Opinions on Implementing the Rural Revitalization Strategy and the Village Revitalization Strategic Plan（2018-2022）and other documents，requiring all localities and departments to conscientiously implementation. At present，Shaanxi is in an important period of accelerating the catch-up，transcendence and implementing the Five New strategic tasks，actively implementing the rural revitalization strategy，striving to promote increase of farmers' income and sustainable agricultural growth，supply harmony and stability to rural area and respond to people's good yearning for life expectation. At present，Shaanxi has combined the provincial conditions and introduced the implementation opinions of the rural revitalization strategy. This research is based on the achievements and existing problems and proposes countermeasures，in the aspects of expansion of new agricultural functions and new formats，the specialization of rural revitalization paths，the upgrading of rural resource allocation，the construction of professional talents and the rural governance system.
