Its core businesses include display and sensor components，smart systems and health services. We analyzed the characteristics of the group's international development from its internal management，supply chain，investors and external environment. The key factors of the international development of BOE include：Exploration of new financing channels，Great support from the state，Continuous r＆d investment；The industrial spirit，Firm strategic goals；Avoidance of the pitfalls of joint ventures；Upgrading of factory technology；The breaking up of monopoly. From this，we can get inspiration：we should clarify the characteristics of the industry，and adopt the counter-market investment strategy. The core competitiveness of the enterprise should be developed and enhanced. The operating efficiency as well as innovation and scale are also really important.
