Abstract:Cultural bonded zone is the gateway to the international market，with its preferential policies such as exemption of papers and tax，to provide a new platform for going global strategy of the culture.Culture bonded practice is closely related to the level of economic development，economic location and traffic conditions.In the field of cultural bonded zone，the development of the film and television trade is still in its starting stage，the combination of the two is of great significance.To a great extent，film and television trade carries the features of cultural products and services at the same time，so it's easier to integrate the whole industry chain in the culture bonded zone，benefit the other related cultural industries，and improve the overall international competitiveness of China's cultural industry.At present，the potential of film and television trade is gradually excavated，and the cultural bonded zone can promote the development of film and television trade through bonded warehouse and technology optimization.Inrecent years，the unveiling of a number of positive policy immits strong power into the development and prosperity of Chinese film art.To fully share the advantages and policies of free trade zone in Beijing，Shanghai and Tianjin，and broaden the development channels，we need to strengthen the integration mechanism，innovate management model，reinforce cooperation coordination，implement the innovation practice and some other measures to innovate and develop the film and television trade.
