The UK’s digital economy has two characteristics that span the hardware and software industry，and the traditional industry is also rapidly becoming digital. The digital economy is the power of Britain to re-emerge from the financial crisis. The British government has played an important role in the transformation of the digital economy and has introduced a series of laws，regulations and policies that help to create a good development environment. Becoming a “European Talent Center” is the biggest advantage of the UK’s digital economy ecosystem. The UK has a strong ability to attract venture capital and has more than 40% of unicorn companies across Europe. One of the development routes of the UK’s digital industry is to actively integrate into the digital economy ecosystem defined by the big countries. In recent years，many British technology companies have appeared in the M&A maps of major companies such as Microsoft，Apple，and Google. However，Brexit will result in the lack of a common platform and a single market. The expansion of the digital industry will become more difficult，and digital talent supply will be in short.
