Abstract:With the rapid development of mobile Internet technology，the application of mobile payment based on two dimensional code has increased rapidly in recent years. It provides more convenient and quick payment services for users，and has become a new point of information consumption growth in the information service field. This report firstly expounds the definition，characteristics，industry chain and development process of mobile payment，analyzes the current situation of mobile payment at our country and abroad，studies the problems faced by the development of mobile payment in China，and puts forward some suggestions for the development of mobile payment in China.
