Abstract:As the world famous tourism countries,Brazil and China have good political foundation,government driving force,resources base and market conditions in terms of tourism exchange and cooperation,despite the fact that there exist restrictions such as long distance,traffic inconveniences and language barriers. Since the two countries signed Memorandum of Understanding between China and Brazil on Tourism in 2004 and Brazil became Chinese tourists' travel destination,tourism exchange and cooperation between them have entered a new channel of rapid developing. Not only the exchange between relevant apartments and agencies of the two countries becomes more frequently,but the number of tourists between the two countries expands constantly. However,in general,China-Brazil tourism exchange and cooperation are still in small scale and the market potential needs exploring. In the meanwhile,they are facing difficulties and challenges like high costs,lack of convenience,insufficient publicity,outdated software and hardware construction and lack of communication platform. In the future,China and Brazil need to enhance travel convenience,strengthen the construction of software and hardware facilities,expand tourism advertising,increase the development of tourism products,build high-level exchange platforms in order to explore the potential of the two countries' tourism markets and serve better the economic and trade cooperation as well as the people to people exchanges between China and Brazil.
