澳门中小学历史文化教育现状与展望

文章摘要:历史文化教育乃民族意识的“根”,是建立国民身份认同的重要基础,对于港澳地区更具有非同一般的意义。自20世纪90年代以来,澳门中小学历史教育经历了重要的转变,尤其在近年课程改革的推动下,历史在初中和高中均成为必修课,并且教育主管部门颁布了相关的基本学力要求。未来有必要从制度上保证历史(尤其是中国历史)独立设科,必修必考;在课程标准上为历史编写单独的规范性文件;同时要编写符合自己需要的历史教材,加强中国近、现代史的教学,恰当处理澳门地方史与中国历史的关系,将澳门地方史融入中国史,并配置在整个中学阶段;加强师资培训,提升其专业水平。

Abstract:History and cultural education is the “root” of national consciousness. It is the foundation that students establish their national identity. It has a remarkable significance in Hong Kong and Macau. Since the 1990s,the History education in Macau’s primary and secondary schools has undergone important changes. In particular,the curriculum reform in recent years has made History a compulsory subject in junior and senior secondary schools. The government education agency also published the relevant basic academic standards. In the future,it is necessary to institutionally guarantee the status of History(especially Chinese History)as an independent subject,whose learning and examination are both compulsory. In terms of the standard of syllabus,it is necessary to draft a separate normative document. It is also necessary to draft teaching materials on History that would respond to the local needs to enhance teaching in Chinese modern and contemporary history. The relations between Macau’s local history and Chinese history should be appropriately approached to by integrating Macau’s local history into Chinese history. Such integration should be allocated into the entire syllabus throughout the secondary school stage. Training of teachers should also be enhanced in order to elevate their professional levels.
