2017～2018年江苏社会形势分析与展望

Abstract:In 2017，Jiangsu province actively adapted to the new normal of economic development，consciously practiced the new idea of development，paid more special attention to the supply side structural reform，pushed together “two concentrations one high” the new practice，speeded up the construction of new strong，rich beautiful，high Jiangsu. The building of a service-oriented，law-based and clean government was further strengthened，the construction of clean government and style of work was further accelerated. New measures have been taken to improve people’s livelihood and the policy of “33 strategies” in enriching the people has been implemented. The level of equalization of basic public services has been increasing. A new pattern of urban and rural social governance has gradually taken shape. The pattern of ecological protection has been further improved，and positive progress has been made in the reform and innovation of the environmental protection system. In 2018，Jiangsu will firmly focus on promoting high-quality development and building a new Jiangsu. So，first it needs to focus on the following aspects. Second，it should improve the system and mechanism of community-level social governance and create a new pattern of pluralistic co-governance. Third，it should strengthen the construction of the system of ecological environmental governance and promotes the construction of ecological civilization. Fourth，it should strengthen discipline that will ensure and promote the building of a clean and honest party and government.
