广州青年人口跨区域流动研究

Abstract:The migration of young people highlights the competitiveness and attractiveness of a city. The youth population that migrate across regions is a special part of the urban population migration group. This group is getting larger and larger， showing a geometric growth each year. They are mainly from the central urban area. Suburbs， surrounding cities， and villages in cities， and most of them have bachelor degree or above， with high cultural quality. During the process of cross-regional migration， they are under great pressure that cannot be relieved in a short time， bringing with them a series of psychological problems and social problems. The accumulation of these problems is likely to erupt at the moment of reaching the zero boundary. The analysis finds that the attribution of these problems lies mainly in the three dimensions of market， policy， and culture. It needs to be explored in terms of market guidance， policy formulation， cultural construction， and psychological guidance to solve or relieve these problems.
