Abstract:Deepening the supply-side structural reform needs to adjust measures to local conditions.As the core city of the Pearl River Delta，Guangzhou should provide theoretical support and experience support for promoting the supply-side structural reform in the whole country.According to the essential connotation of the supply-side structural reform，combined with the existing achievements and problems，the deepening of the supply-side structural reform in Guangzhou should be closely related to the theme of the dynamic transformation of economic growth and the substantial development of the real economy，and adhere to the people centered thought to satisfy the diverse demands.Besides，Guangzhou has to coordinate the relationship between the long-term and short-term，as well as the government and the market and find the right policy focus.Therefore，Guangzhou should build the innovative industrial system，improve the institutional mechanism of scientific and technological innovation，and ensure the efficient service of finance to the entity economy.In addition，Guangzhou also needs to help the government enterprises to form a joint force to reduce the cost，innovate the service mode of people's livelihood and provide demonstration for the whole country on deepening the supply-side structural reform.
