美国“印太”倡议及其对中国的影响

Abstract:After the US President Trump took office，the “Indo-Pacific” has transformed from geographic，and regional concepts to political proposal，but has reached strategic high-end，so it is just a proposal right now. The Indo-Pacific proposal reflects that the connection between Pacific region and India Ocean are becoming tighter concerning economic，cultural，and strategic relations，means the facts that regional integration are deepened，which is a new proposal raised by the 21st century maritime silk road. The Indo-Pacific proposal reflects the overall demand of this region，and reflect that the US and other countries’ cold war mentality is not in line with the world characters. The Indo-Pacific proposal form complex influence on China，which are both negative and positive，at least，it can strengthen China’s validity and rationality in Indian Ocean Region. China should positively reflect to the rational contents of the Indo-Pacific proposal，and criticism and conflict to its cold war ideology.
