Abstract:The special report describes that between 2016 and 2017 when the oil revenue has been going down，the determination of Angolan government and the effectiveness of its policy in pushing forward the economic diversification. Considering the past and current condition of the country，the government has focused on industry，agriculture，fisheries，mining and tourism in developing the economic diversification. In 2014，the government decided to abandon the development model with dependence on oil economy，integrating the capital investment programs to overcome all the difficulties in developing the economic diversification. In the last two years，the Angolan government has included economic diversification in its national development strategies. Industry，agriculture，fisheries，mining and tourism have become the mainstream in the tide of economic diversification. Therefore，with the investment opportunities generated by the economic diversification to the local and foreign enterprises，the government has accordingly issued a category of incentive policies. At the same time，the report gives an analysis of the characteristics of the economy of Angola in the election year when many incentive economic policies and public infrastructural projects will be implemented
