Abstract:Representing the trend of comprehensive integration of finance and technology，the term of“FinTech”emphasizes the supplementary，supporting and optimizing functions of innovative technology on the financial services sectors.Due to the characteristics such as mixed-operation and decentralization of FinTech，highly sophisticated financial products that cross the regulatory regimes may emerge，bringing impacts and challenges to the existing regulatory framework.This article analyzes some of the domestic regulations and policies introduced to FinTech sectors in 2017，and sorts out the FinTech policies and positions of oversea regulatory bodies and international organizations.Finally，based on the market practices，this article puts forward specific suggestions on the sustainable developments of FinTech industry.
