Abstract:Since 2017，socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era is the guideline for securities regulatory work.Meeting the 19th National Congress and studying the spirit of the 19th National Congress are the main line of regulatory work.Serving the real economy，preventing financial risks and deepening financial reform are the three most important tasks.Regulators continue to deepen the reform and opening up of the capital market，to strengthen the comprehensive supervision in accordance with the law and to keep the bottom line where systemic risks do not occur.On this basis，all the regulatory work has made some new progress.Multi-level capital market system has been initially established.
