文章摘要:2014年开启的“深化课程改革”是一场自上而下、基层相关主体参与度较高的改革。此次改革以“立德树人”为核心,培养学生的“核心素养”,在课程实践中逐步彰显“人”的价值。而以考试改革撬动教学改革,是这次改革的重大政策突破。北京等地做出了非常有价值的探索,而很多学校、个人、第三方机构都成为改革的积极探索者,使得我国基础教育改革呈现丰富性和多样性。

Abstract:The “Deepening Curriculum Reform” that started in 2014 was a top-down reform involving a high level of participation by local organizations and individuals.The reform was designed to cultivate the “Core Literacy” of Chinese students with “Morality Education” as the core and the value of “Human” instilled practice of the curriculum.Taking the reform of examination as the key to the teaching reform is a major policy breakthrough.Some valuable explorations have been made in Beijing and other places,and many schools,individuals and third-party agencies have become active explorers of reform.Basic education reform in China have shown its richness and diversity.
