基于核心素养的基础教育深化课程改革
文章摘要:2014年开启的“深化课程改革”是一场自上而下、基层相关主体参与度较高的改革。此次改革以“立德树人”为核心,培养学生的“核心素养”,在课程实践中逐步彰显“人”的价值。而以考试改革撬动教学改革,是这次改革的重大政策突破。北京等地做出了非常有价值的探索,而很多学校、个人、第三方机构都成为改革的积极探索者,使得我国基础教育改革呈现丰富性和多样性。
