Abstract:Compared with the Obama period，the Central Asia diplomacy of Trump administration is relatively sluggish in 2017.But driven by the decision-making table for Central and South Asia affairs，the Trump's government has still done a great deal of work.According to the “National Security Strategy” promulgated by Trump administration，in 2018，the US's diplomacy towards Central Asia will become more active.In particular，US will develop more cooperation with Central Asian countries in terms of security.However，subject to Russia's influence in Central Asia，the Central Asian diplomacy of Trump may remain infighting with Russia and also bring some negative impacts on the cooperation over the production capacity between China and Central Asian countries.
