2016年网络热点事件中舆论的情绪分析

Abstract:The mood of public opinion，which is called emotions，is an important element of online public opinion. In the context of the current social transformation，Internet users generally exist in the following structural emotions：the pursuit of fairness and justice；sympathy for vulnerable groups；questioned government public power；Concerned about the livelihood of the people living in the security issues；the grievances of environmental degradation，natural disasters，vicious violations，and the spread of terrorism；Hatred or resistance on different classes. This study uses text analysis，case analysis，analyzing web hot issues of 2016 through the dimension of context and the text，found that：The construction of web hot issues by media and the conflict between the objective principle of the report and the subjective initiative of the practitioner，both of which have a significant impact on online sentiment. Media reports of emotional mobilization are indirect and restrictive，but the online text of the emotional violence is also more direct and more free. Internet users have become the main body to promote the evolution of public opinion on hot issues，opinion leaders are personal emotions amplifier.
