Abstract:In recent years，the most important innovation in the theory of national security in China is the overall national security outlook. The most important innovation in the practice of national security is the rapid progress in national security legislation marked by the implementation of the new National Security Law，the establishment of the national security system marked by the establishment of the Central National Security Commission，the introduction of a national security strategy marked by the adoption of the Outline of National Security Strategy by the Politburo，and the implementation of a national security campaign，the key part of which is the April 15 National Security Education Day. In 2016，under the guidance of the overall national security outlook，China observes the first National Security Education Day，adopts the Anti-Terrorism Law，the Law on the Administration of Activities of Overseas Non-Government Organizations in China and the Cyberspace Security Law，passes the Opinions on Strengthening National Security and releases the first national cyberspace security strategy.
