Abstract:In 2016，international terrorism demonstrates different trends in different regions：Firstly，Suffering heavy losses to international anti-terrorism forces in Iraq and Syria，the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria （ISIS） becomes more rampant in terrorist attack，expansion and penetration in an attempt to shift the battlefield pressure coming directly at it and showcase its presence and strength. Secondly，Europe is the hardest hit by the terrorist attacks. The retaliation of the ISIS，the return of a large number of jihadists，the passport-free policy in the Schengen zone，anti-social powers among Muslim immigrants in Europe and other factors make Europe an easy target for a new round of major terrorist attacks. Thirdly，Terrorist activities are extremely rampant in Turkey，the domestic policy of which is closely related to the Syrian crisis. Fourthly，Infiltrated by the ISIS and other international terrorist groups，terrorist forces begin to stage a comeback in Southeast Asia which suffers a new spate of terrorist attacks. In the context of increased international terrorist activities，countries must effectively cooperate in order to effectively prevent and combat terrorism and safeguard national security and international security.
