Abstract:Unimpeded Trade is a major task in building the Belt and Road. Over the last few decades，China-ASEAN economic relations has kept steady increase，and regional Economic Integration has been continuously deepen. In this process，ethnic Chinese Businesses in Southeast Asia have played an irreplaceable role. Nowadays China works with ASEAN’s countries to steadily implement Unimpeded Trade. Solid strength，Historical Experience and commercial network have constituted a strong competitiveness for Ethnic Chinese businesses，when they are engaged in economic activities between ASEAN and china with the drive of practical interests. Ethnic Chinese Businesses’ efforts are helpful to consolidate and expand conventional China-ASEAN trade，explore new growth areas of trade and investment，improve trade structure and the division of labor and distribution of industrial chains，and eliminate trade and investment barriers for the creation of a sound business environment within the region and in all related countries.
