Abstract:US plays the leading role in the global digital economy area for many years.The entire industry chain，edging business modes and high technologies are the main advantages of US digital economy.In recent years，as the unprecedently rising of China digital economy，the leading status of US digital economy is facing severe challenges.Especially in consumer internet field，China has outperformed US with the increasing gap.Overall，at present，China has no ability to compete US in fundamental technologies.The industry policy plays critical role in the development of US digital economy.The national power is used in the early phase of high-technology R＆D.Once the products are ripe for the market，the government will quit to avoid intervening the fair competition principles of the Market.The technology giants，such as Apple，Tesla，Google are all benefited from the US government subsidies and support.
