Abstract:Digitalization has become the tendency of the era，which is creating and will create a smart，information-based，efficient and inter-connected world.All kinds of product innovation，process innovation，innovation method and principle appear vigorous prosperity.These factors are influencing and shaping our work，life and social activities.The paper will evaluate the digital innovation of the world from three aspects，including digital technology R ＆ D，digital talent supply，and digital innovation transfer，which results in the country rankings.It reveals that while the high-income countries remain absolute leading，the potential of digital innovation capability of some mid and low income countries are significant.It is possible for them to catch up.Also some high-income countries cannot keep up with the pace of digital transformation.
