Abstract:In this paper，it defines the humanity and culture and educational exchange. Humanity refers to various cultural phenomenon of the human society，especially to human culture in the advanced and scientific，excellent and healthy part. Culture and educational exchange refers to the exchange of all excellent and healthy cultural forms.The Culture and educational exchanges between China and Thailand have a long history. 40 years of diplomatic relations（1975-2015），Culture and educational exchange has long-term developed. The exchanges from 2016 to 2017 are the continuation and development of 40 years of China-Thai cultural exchanges，and actively promote the construction of “The Belt and Road”. Through the China-Thai cultural exchange events from Jan.2016 to May.2017，the paper reveals the development trend and characteristics，and puts forward some suggestions.
