Abstract:China Australia Free Trade Agreement（ChaFTA）was enacted on the 20th Dec 2015，which symbolizes the brand new start of the trade relationship between the two countries.The successful achievement of the agreement is subjected to Australian various domestic influences.This article aims to elucidate the internal nuisances of these influences from the institution，interests and concept perspectives.It is expected that the trade relationship between China and Australia would accelerate into a fast growing stage，such as the FDI between the two countries.However，with the fast development of the bilateral relationship，differences and conflicts may appear.The both countries should strive for a win-win solution by opening up further to reach long-standing prosperity for China and Australia.
